1. Scope of Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites operated, managed, or maintained by Zeus Energy Solution Inc. (“Zeus Energy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), as well as any mobile applications (“Apps”) provided by Zeus Energy, including https://www.zeusmeenergy.com/ and any associated digital properties (collectively, the “Platform”). These Terms also apply to all content and materials provided through our Platform, including but not limited to software, user guides, reports, product and service information, press releases, multimedia content, graphics, and other resources (collectively, the “Content”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Platform or any Content, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform or Content.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

All Platform and Content are the intellectual property of Zeus Energy or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws worldwide. This includes, without limitation, all Zeus Energy trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other brand elements.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, transmit, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or Content without prior written consent from Zeus Energy. No license or right, express or implied, is granted to you under any intellectual property rights.

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use the Platform or Content:

  • In any manner that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of Zeus Energy or any third party.
  • To impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation.
  • For any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or offensive purpose.
  • To upload, post, or distribute viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • To gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt any servers, networks, or systems connected to the Platform.
  • To collect or harvest personal data about other users without their consent.
  • To reproduce or display Zeus Energy’s trade names, trademarks, or “look and feel” without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Zeus Energy does not guarantee that the Platform or Content will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Any use of or reliance on the Platform or Content is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeus Energy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from or related to:


  • Your use of or inability to use the Platform or Content;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data;
  • Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted via the Platform;
  • Errors or omissions in any Content.


This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if Zeus Energy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications and Revisions

Zeus Energy reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or Content at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Termination of Use & Indemnification

Your rights to use the Platform and Content will terminate automatically if you violate any of these Terms. Zeus Energy may, at its sole discretion, restrict or terminate your access at any time.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zeus Energy and its employees, officers, affiliates, partners, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, R.O.C., without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Taiwan, R.O.C.

10. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zeus Energy regarding your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
