By accessing or using our services or websites, Apps, and any associated digital properties (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Policy.

Who Is Responsible for Your Personal Data?

Zeus Energy is the primary data controller of your personal information. However, depending on your interaction with us, your data may be managed by an affiliated company or subsidiary of Zeus Energy. Each of these entities operates as an independent data controller in accordance with this Policy.

• Commercial Data & Preferences: Vehicle information (e.g., VIN), products/services purchased or considered, communication preferences, delivery and payment details, fraud prevention information.
• Internet/Network Activity: Browsing history, interaction logs (e.g., online chat, emails, app activity).
• Geolocation Data: Approximate location based on IP address or charging station usage with time stamp details.
• Audio/Visual Information: Recordings from charging stations and customer support (e.g., call center audio, security footage).
• Inferences: Preferences and interests derived from usage patterns and contact frequency.
• Sensitive Personal Data: Login credentials, precise geolocation, or content of private communications (when we’re not the intended recipient).
  

2. How We Use Your Data

(1) To Provide Requested Services
We use your basic personal information to fulfill essential services, including EV charging, electronic payment processing, and customer support communications.

(2) For Legitimate and Predefined Business Purposes
We may also use your personal data for the following legitimate purposes, as communicated to you in advance:

• Conduct service research using de-identified or anonymized data;
• Improve Zeus Energy's Platform and develop new features;
• Protect the rights, property, and safety of Zeus Energy and our users;
• Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or technical/security issues related to our services;
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
• Take necessary legal actions, including investigating potential violations of our Terms of Use;

We may share your personal information with affiliated companies and, under appropriate confidentiality and security measures, with third-party service providers to help deliver the services you’ve requested.

To deliver our services, we retain your personal data on Zeus Energy’s servers until you either terminate your account or submit a written request for deletion. Please note, deleting your account or modifying these settings may limit your access to certain features or services on Zeus Energy’s Platform.
To protect your privacy, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to or making changes to your data.

5. Data Transfers

Zeus Energy is a multinational company with operations in multiple countries. As such, the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data may occur in jurisdictions that have different data protection standards.
For example, U.S. regulations may require that personal data be processed and stored domestically. In certain cases, Zeus Energy may access or store data, including personal data, on servers located in the U.S. for technical support purposes.

(1) Security Safeguards
We maintain and continually enhance administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, misuse, or unlawful processing.
We require our service providers to follow the same data protection standards contractually. However, please note that no system or internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of the Platform.

We periodically audit our databases to ensure compliance with deletion timelines, based on service type, account duration, applicable statutory retention requirements, and legal limitations.
